"WeI lived here from 2015 -2022 and here is my experience in brief . The apartment is relatively spacious particularly the garden style . Majority of the lease office staff are not cooperative except few of them and also they are disrespectful towards tenants . The maintenance people are not bad and also they are responsive. But the apartment buildings are old and fixtures tend to breakdown now and then . The main issue is the floor beneath is wood, not concrete and you can hear each and every steps of people living upstairs . The same goes to the neighbors living downstairs. This issue is the main cause of arguments with neighbors . You can’t have any privacy at all because you can hear a phone ringing upstairs . We didn’t have a roach or mouse issues in our unit but a lot of people complain about that too . If you asked why stayed there for a long time , my only reason was the lease was cheap and it was all utility included . But that’s not the case now as they started to charge for utility and also they raised the lease significantly . Please check other places before you decided to move ."

"Ants then cockroach over and over now mice. Constantly something wrong. I don’t blame the employees there is so much wrong that it’s hard for them to keep up they are overwhelmed. I’m looking for a place to move out as quickly as possible. It’s really old and dirty. The kitchen sink has feces smell coming out of it at times at one point there was some black stuff coming out of it and it overflowed to the floor. Smelled really bad."

"Recently went in to speak to someone about some issues I’ve been having with my apartment. Adrian the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. I felt heard, this is such an important trait especially in a business with such volume. Thank you to Adrian and thank you to you guys for having such a great staff!"

"I have lived here for about a week and have had nothing but problems. My package was stolen from inside the complex, and community staff would not move forward with my theft case unless I got the police involved because “they did not want to waste their time”. Completely unacceptable. Obvious negligence from the staff. I decided to move here initially because this was a decent place to live 5-7 years ago. Living here Again has been a completely different experience. DO NOT LIVE HERE"
