Mice's are EVERYWHERE, in your apartment and in the halls 3. My heat still doesn't work they don't care 4. Water is cold when it's cold outside , crazy 5. Drunk people EVERYWHERE, Drugs EVERYWHERE 6. This apartment is NOT For a family 7. Maintenance workers doesn't do nothing they don't care about us 8. The rental office workers don't care about you or your family SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP . ZERO STARS DON'T MOVE HERE , DON'T LET YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS VISIT OR THEY'RE CAR WILL BE ROBBED IN TOO OR GONE ."

"Rat infested and they have garbage all over the place and won’t answer calls about complaints. This trash has been here for over 1 week. I see this every week! It’s disgusting and is hazardous. The rats are burrowing in the hill next to this garbage pile. 100’s of rats."

"I’m highly recommend not to rent apartment in this place. First of all, they housing quality is absolutely worst. For example, I’ve been renting an apartment of Fairmont Garden for 2 years until now. First thing first, my AC and my heat system were broken from 1 and an half year ago and I reported more than 20 times to the office. Every single time I came to their office, they always tell me to wait for couple weeks and they will fix it but it had never happen. Second, my fire alarm in my house is broken and I also reported much as I reported about AC problems. They also gave me the same answer. Thirdly, the washing system is totally broken from a year ago and there is nobody come to try to fix it. There’s no one took responsibility about it from the office. Another thing about resident around this place. There’s a lot of drugs addict, drunk is everywhere. I feel like there’s no safety here. Also, robber will steal any package send to your house right a way. So, if you plan to live here, you should not buy anything online. I lost my package more than 5 times even I do have a camera in front of my apartment. In conclusion, I don’t want anybody have the same situation like I am. Spending a little bit of money to live in the better place is worth it, where they actually have SECURITY!"

"This place is horrendous. I cant believe why anyone chooses to live here. They con people by showing them a model that doesnt even look like where you'll be staying. Make sure you tour the whole place and even the unit that will become available to you before you sign! They've gone thru 3 cleaning companies and from what I hear they dont even pay their bills! All I ever see is furniture being dumped and now I know why, BED BUG INFESTATION! So be ready to throw away your furniture. Rats dominate the dumpster area so watch out after hours, they come out like armies to the point kids cant even play! Homeless people live in the laundry rooms and there is also hardly any hot water when needed and good luck with the heat coming up soon! Need I go on?!?!?!!"
