"Nothing but positives in dealing with the service folks after our purchase. While we had a few issues after the install a few months ago the follow up has been great. Bryce and Mannie were very clear and articulate when they got here to install replacement parts, got the work done and made sure everything met our expectations."

"Terrible customer service. Never can get a hold of anyone when you try to call. Told the sales person that I would only buy the hot tub if I could get the cover installed to fold a specific direction and she said it's not normal but they could do it no problem. This was the only reason I bought this hot tub and was my biggest concern. Hot tub arrived and installers said they knew nothing about my request and it can't be done. I felt lied to just to get sold and I had to show up at their office in person just to talk to anyone about it. I was told that the cover would have to get special ordered and it would be in within a week. A month later a I still didn't hear anything so I had to stop by the office again because no one answers their phone. I was then told by a service tech that those covers take up to 4 months to get. Hearing this I felt lied to once again. A few weeks after that I stopped by the office for the 3rd time and the sales rep told me she's had someone working on it and that person would reach out to me by the end of the day. No one ever called me. Got my hot tub in May, it's October now and I still don't have the cover I was promised. I wish I bought my hot tub from a different company. They only care about the initial sale and that's it. Look like all the reviews on here it's the same experience. Awful customer service and communication."

"COMMUNICATION is awful. We waited almost a year to get our swim spa and Covana. There was a lot of poor communication between employees and management. Our spa was delivered but they forgot our stairs and there was a mix up with our cover which was not ready for delivery and came months later. The quality of the stairs was awful and we ended up having stairs built. We also bought resistance bands which have snapped and no replacement. Last time someone came to clean our pool we noticed the side panel where the filters are was broken and still no replacement part. I love having my own pool but I'm not sure I'd buy another pool from this company."

"Great Atlantic is an exceptional company. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with everyone I have talked with. Nick was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile for us in helping us figure out what we wanted and getting everything perfect for us to order. Lora kept us up to date with everything from the time we placed our order. The crew that brought our spa did an awesome job removing our old one and putting in our new one. really professional people. Kyle and Hunter were super cool getting us set up and going through everything at delivery. We could not be more happier with Great Atlantic and I highly recommend them. They go up and beyond anything you could ask for."

"Had a great experience buying a new hot tub from Great Atlantic. Jason was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He helped us find the perfect tub and was on top of everything the entire time. Shana was super friendly setting up the delivery process and Nick was super friendly and helpful during the delivery. I have nothing but great things to say about this team. The only problem I have is that I should have gotten a new tub sooner. So relaxing!"
