"The property manager, Brandon Reyes, was helpful in giving tours, providing information, and guiding me through the move in process. He’s friendly and great! The properties are fairly well kept, very spacious, and well priced for what you get. Each unit will likely have some small things for you to live with though since it’s not a new property. Expect some wear and tear from previous tenants, uneven subfloors, and miscellaneous things here and there that may not be able to be fixed with a work order. As long as you manage your expectations you won’t be disappointed. So overall I think it’s a good value apartment complex, and I would recommend it."
