"It was a weird vibe going in there. It was like everybody was acting like they were yelled at by the manager before I walked in the door. I never had a sandwich made with anger before. Young lady that made it was angry about something. I didn’t want to say anything about the items falling out when she closed the sandwich."
"I was so happy to see a Potbelly in Fredericksburg. This was my lunch spot when I work in DC/Arlington. Food is delicious...filling...great customer service...clean store. We had the Mediterranean Sandwich, Mac and cheese. Chicken pot pie soup and the delicious cookies. This has been my third visit since I found this location 2 months ago."
"I haven't been to Potbelly subs in some time. Stopped by for a quick dinner and I'm glad I did. The food was very tasty, the staff was pleasant and helpful and the restaurant was clean. I had the toasted Cubano sandwich (ham, pulled pork, swiss and pickles) and it was delicious. My date had the Mediterranean sandwich which seemed to be a healthier option (chicken, feta, hummus, cucumber, artichoke, roasted red pepper). I will definitely return."
"Great food and service! I had not been in awhile. Got lucky to sit outside in a bit of an unusual warm day. Sandwich was good and I added a topping based on their suggestion. Service was pretty quick. No complaints! Two people in our group had shakes and enjoyed them. Two people had cookies and thought they were good."
