"We will never have phlebotomy service there again. Went for the first time this morning and it was horrible. I hesitated to write this review but I knew I couldn’t let this happen to another little one. The phlebotomist was rough, then was so busy disconnecting the vial, I think she forgot to remove the needle. Needless to say it came out, blood was on baby’s clothes and my jeans. He saw her coming with the wrap and screamed even more. I had tears in my eyes as did my son. Never again. I plan to let pediatrician across the street know….we will not use that phlebotomy service/phlebotomist ever again. There was just no compassion. Being in healthcare for over 10 years, I was very disappointed and ultimately disgusted."

"I took my son for an audiology appointment and the audiologist was so insensitive. She asked, so I told her my child was having speech issues and this woman had the nerve the say "oh you sure do have a lot to say (my 2 year old was babbling), I wish I knew what you were saying." Her tone was very RUDE and CONDESCENDING. You don't talk to people's kids like that about their disabilities. Get better staff CHKD."
