"Not allowed to make a sick appointment over the phone for daughter, had to make it on line which I did. Appointment was given on line but the office couldn’t confirm until the day of the appointment. WTH! How do I notify my job if I’m working that I need to be off if I won’t know until the same day I need to take off. Makes NO sense. The majority of people I know work and would have to let the boss know in advance. Can’t get good service hardly anywhere anymore and evidently definitely not here."

"Horrible place. I was texted an appointment reminder time of 3:00pm for my son, arrived at 2:55pm, and the receptionist told me I was unable to be seen today because I was late. Their system is failing children and causing delays in healthcare. They should be ashamed that an institution with so many resources is so unprofessional and lacking in communication skills."

"This is the worst pediatricians office I’m the area. I was told to arrive with my kid at 10am to fill out paperwork, the appointment wasn’t actually scheduled till 10:45! So now it’s 11:10 we still haven’t been called back. There is no way to tell how long it will be… oh and how dare I even ask? The chicks at the desk are so rude. The bathroom in the lobby is disgusting and smells like pee and the seating area is dirty. this is so chaotic and messy there is no way. Never ever again"

"Dr. Schindler is amazing! Truly cares about her patients and builds relationships with them.. Ive been going here since my Kids were born and will never switch! Any time The kids are sick I’m able To get in for a sick visit.."

"Dr.Livinggood will dismiss you from the practice for speaking up for your child off of hear say the front desk and her nurse are rude. The manager and supervisor side with the employees & do not take complaints serious. when u get rude back or speak up they will cancel your child. Dr. Livinggood disclosed my child’s personal information with a company who asked for her medical notes. Instead of saying he’s no longer a patient she went into details on why and other personal info. Do not go here they are not caring."
