"Dr. Seusy is amazing !!! Office staff and management are horrible. My son has a referral and some paperwork that had to be filled out and sent and I had been calling numerous times a week and coming up to the location since the end of Nov early Dec. They barely answer the phone, they’re not documenting when you do call because the next person you speak to days later state that there is no record of you calling previously. They caused me to lose a job because they did not have the asthma plan of action paperwork filled out in a timely manner so that my child could go back to daycare since he has to use an inhaler now. The referral person never got back with me and when I spoke to the supervisor Chimere all she offered was excuses for her staff and after all that she still did not make sure that the referral was properly filled out, signed, and dated before sending it. She gaslit me the entire conversation we had on the phone, trying to make the situation as if I was the one not following up and doing what I’m supposed to as a parent. Now I have to go BACK up there and straighten this out. I’m so tired of the disregard, excuses and the disrespect from these people. I love Dr. Seusy but I will have to find a new doctor for my child."
"Tidewater is the worst tried to make an appointment for my son today for flu shot who is diabetic and has been 2018 he hasn’t been to this location since he was 14 when he had his last shot/checkup now they telling me he can’t come anymore because he not up on his wellness.. like what, he’s been seeing his endocrinologist at CHKD. If you KNEW he needed a wellness checkup to STAY A PATIENT why not CALL THE PARENT and let them know. He hasn’t been due for any shots or been sick in the past two years so he had no reason to go and he has been going to this place since he was born in 2007 very disappointed in this place if he is a patient it shouldn’t matter if he hasn’t been in 5 years IF YOU HIS DOCTOR THEN YOU ARE HIS DOCTOR. Get RID OF WHOEVER ANSWER THE PHONE RUDE A** I hate POOR customer service if you having a bad day STAY HOME!!!"
"I am so sad at the recent experience with this location. I (my disabled kid) have been long time patients. The recent non help for the staff is so bad. I'm not referring to the nurses and doctors but the staff that need to follow through with paper work for the insurance. They have cost me over $800 since July in their sloppy response."
"The worst experience I ever had, the appointments are not confirmed at all, you have to wait more then 30 minutes to speak with and nurse or associate from the front desk. The appointment are scheduled many weeks before the visit, etc. I would never recommend it to anyone."
"Called to make a wellness visit and was put on hold for 6 minutes to be picked back up and told my son would be considered a new patient because he hadn't been seen at this practice recently. She told me when his last visit was. I said okay. Long pause. She then rudely asked if he had been visiting a different doctor. She pretty much huffed in my ear while rambling off their policy on what they consider a new patient to be. No need to have an attitude with me, the potential PAYING "new customer" about a guideline I didn't even ask about. I was completely fine with him being classified as a new patient even though he had been seen there before. Was offered an appt in JULY. Three months for a visit is ridiculous. And the person scheduling appointments should not be so bothered by doing their job! If you don't want to speak with customers to schedule appointments well then maybe you shouldn't be the one ANSWERING THE PHONE! Lost me as a customer and made sure to let the lady on the other end of the phone know I wouldn't bring my children there when I couldn't even schedule an appointment with out having to deal with someone being rude to me for literally no reason. See my 1 star review fits in with so many other negative Google reviews about the office staff."
