"I originally requested Dr. Pasquale because I was told great things about him. However upon receiving my appointment time ( 6 months later) I was notified that I had a scheduling with the NP . There was of course no way I was about to cancel after waiting so longggggg! Upon arrival the set up is very backwards! The building has a Crunch Fitness located on the whole bottom floor and the appearance is that of an apartment complex ( which is confusing). We finally find the correct place located in the back of the building ( Thanks to a very kind maintenance man!) Than we are told we have to change parking spots which my husband did ( they are very small if you have a truck). The inside is very clean and the receptionist was nice! That however is where things end! The nurse who weighted my son, and took head measurements ( which we had to ask her to retake since she wrapped the band around his ears...which only seemed to annoy her even more pleasant mood. geeze...) After that we were ushered into another room without toys or anything ( think of an overly large sized doctors room.) Thankfully we brought toys! Finally the NP comes in and from the start was very short and matter of fact. You get asked questions ( Like how many books will "insert child's name" allow you to read at night. Well it depends on the night really. Like any child!) these replies are greeted with annoyance and a sour face. So word of warning answer quickly least you be greeted with disapproval. She didn't explain anything to us, just opened the sheet of Q&A and we were expected to reply, after that she brought out some toys and rather than telling us not to help our son ( as she is a stranger and he isn't overly fond of new people) She dismissed us with an off handed comment.She even got smart with my husband at one point. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Hey lady don't work with kids if you don't have the personality for it!!!!! After it was all said and done she couldn't give us anything defining so we have to go to yet another appointment with another office. I was just really disappointed I know she goes to work every day and this is just a job to her... But for us? Its our life and our child. It would be nice if others could remember that. How would you like to not understand whats going on with your child and have someone who is meant to be supportive and there to help. Simply be rude and short? At the end of it all she basically told us what we already knew... My son may or may not be autistic. We were than told the person who would normally give the ADOLPH test was leaving ( Hmm I wonder why? Must be the friendly work environment?) So the social worker ( Who was very nice) came in with a print off of places we could contact that offered the ADOLPH testing. It was a huge disappointment and waste of time. I would not recommend this place to anyone with small children as they are not very patient ( my son is three btw.)"

"I saw Dr. Jennifer Accardo and had a terrible experience. After waiting 7 months for an appointment and not being seen until an hour after our appointment time we were definitely frustrated. No answers were given and we were told to do a follow up in another six months. Its very frustrating when you have a child with special needs and you feel no support from apparently the only two people in the area who can help you. Now i have to start all over again and drive 1.5 hours to go to another one."

"My family and I could not find a reason not to like the services provided by this clinic..except the rude receptionist. We misunderstood payment amount, and she got ugly, but; Dr. Arrcado was thorough, and seemed very well educated. I trust his judgment and advise completely. The RN was very nice, great with my daughter."

"His staff is thorough and great with my daughter. Understanding and knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Accardo makes me feel heard and like my family is a priority. Always answers my questions and calls promptly."

"I would love to met Dr. Accardio, but if they can train the people that answer the phone on customer service. It will be greatly appreciated. Hate that Dr. Frazier is gone, one thing about her, she evaluate every situation according to the needs of patient. Don't have an emergency with an Autistic child, you get the ghetto and trying to out talk you kinda folks on the phone. God bless them all! Will not have my services."
