"We love the doctors and the nurses. They are fabulous. We have been going to Dr Goradia for many years for our kids and we cannot be more happy with her. BUT the front desk, come on! What is wrong with them? Everytime I call, I get a rude reply for simple inquiries. I always hope when I call that I get the male person on the front desk as he is the only one who seems to be sane over there. This has been going on for years now and I am really surprised Dr Goradia hasn't noticed it."

"Firstly, 3 stars are not for the doctors. Dr Goradia, Dr Arkin and their nurses are amazing and deserve a 5 star rating. We have been visiting them for 9 years now and all 3 kids of mine are patients here. I trust them with my kids’ health and they have never disappointed me. They genuinely care Now about the front desk, over the years a lot of people changed at their front desk and have always been rude but I ignored it because I appreciate the doctors so much but today was another level of rude, it was intimidating, and asking for proofs regarding text reminders, false accusations and even talking behind my back. it wasn’t ok for them to be so hard on a mom who was juggling around with 2 little kids. This is extremely disappointing and hurting. I wish Glen allen pediatrics addresses these problems cuz when I look thru the reviews, I am not the only one who has problems with the rudeness of the front desk. Thanks,"

"Always have a pleasant visit with the doctors here. Dr. Goradia really knows her stuff and no questions phase her. She does this thing when you go in for your baby's health checks where she gives a check list of things you should be noticing or doing to help out your child. I have always appreciated that as a first time mom. My son is three and she still hasn't stopped giving me pointers. In regards to the other doctors here, we love Dr. Arkin. He was the first doctor to see my son after he was born and put us immediately at ease. We had our child's ears pierced by him and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. I especially appreciate the advise he gives over the phone when the office is closed and I'm fretting if I need to go to urgent care or wait till Monday. You guys are doing an awesome job!"

"I have been going there for about 8 years. Dr. Arkin and staff are very good. I had a bad experience yesterday though. I called the office to get a quick appointment for my daughter. The staff said a nurse would call me. I am a little disappointed that I only got the call after 5 pm today. It's more than 24 hours and still no appointments. This is not what someone would expect from a practice like this! (Update) Thanks Dr. Arkin for your response. I (the Dad) called the office asked for an appointment or an advice if appointment was not available. An advice on the same day would have been great. I got the call from the nurse the next day at 5:07 pm which was more than 24 hours from my first call. That was my concern."

"My children have been patients of Dr. Laura Goradia since they were born. My daughter is now 16 and my son is 12 and I could not be more impressed with and grateful for the care they have received over the years. Her nurse, Anne Marie, is also a treasure. They truly care about their patients and always take time to answer questions. Dr. Goradia and Anne Marie are compassionate, patient and very knowledgeable. They address physical health needs through a holistic lens to include emotional and mental health. My kids are pretty lucky to be patients and I’m happy to have such a reliable and trustworthy resource when I’m not sure where to turn."
