"Dr Liv Schneider is the best! I think that was our first time seeing her and she’s by far great at what she does. She made me and my son feel very comfortable and with him possibly being on the spectrum of autism she assured him everything was ok and was very gentle and caring. 10/10 Dr Schneider"
"Always accommodating and you can schedule appointments at any of their location. I've always received immediate appointments. The Doctors are very understanding and attentive to the needs of the children and they actively listen to the parents chief complaints about the child's symptoms and needs pertaining ton the child's health. They are very observant and offer feedback. I have even received phone calls back as scheduled for speciality services needed. I have not had any issues and I am very pleased with the services and bedside manners of the doctors, nurses and front desk staff."
"First of all the office is dirty. How many doctors offices have carpet? The tables you prop your kid up on are breaking apart with chunks of exposed plywood and there is just general disrepair. It needs a heavy remodel. You can't adequately clean a carpeted floor with sick kids. In terms of their lab literally why bother. If you need a negative PCR test for your child to go back to school/daycare it will take a minimum of 9 days here. That is literally what their message machine says. The results are done within a day, they admit that, but they guarantee they won't get back to you as per their phone message for 9 days. I have not received a test result call from them a single time, but I pay my co-pay each time. Additionally PCR tests in Virginia have been paid for by the government, why am I getting charged for this at this practice? The doctors are nice so no complaints there, but the manager of the building and the general manager needs to pay for a remodel and do a better job as a business owner."
"Love this practice! Dr. Winters is amazing, she takes the time To talk through and listen to any and all concerns and will explain. Things in a way that makes sense to the parent not just medical terms. There are sometimes long wait times and it’s hard with kids in those tiny rooms, but those wait times are because they made an extra effort to squeeze in that sick 3 week old baby ASAP no matter the schedule, they spent the extra 5 minutes listening to moms Concerns or doing what they have to to make the kids feel comfortable! Understand they give everyone the time Needed which is what u want for your child! All the doctors are great!"
