"Worst pediatrician in the state of VA. This nurse or whatever the heck he is looked like he was rolling in dirt !!! before he came in the room as you can see his scrubs are filthy with the dirt stains and grass on them!!! and I wish the camera focused on his hands because they had dirt all over his hands and in his finger nails. and was touching my daughter without gloves. But I didn’t wanna cause a scene. Because he looked like he wasn’t all there but then again why is their people like this touching children in a pediatrician. TO ADD TO THAT THEY JUST SEND YOU AND YOUR CHILD OFF WITH A SHRUG “OHH JUST COME BACK IF ITS GETS WORST”now you guys aren’t gonna care for my daughter anymore? What in the hell place are you guys running? Take insurance money and send me out the door I see. I would take them the court if I had the time because my daughter coudlve gotten sick with a dirty man crawling in dirt touching her hands and face."
"Horrible place to take your kids. We have been going to this location since we were kids. They did the finger prick on my daughter but did it wrong, then kept calling for me to come back to do it. Told me it would be a quick process. Had me waiting to do it. If I already took my daughter to her original check up, I should not have to wait for a mistake they’ve made. Especially over something they kept calling me to come back about. They also messed up on head measurements, the measuring tape wasn’t even on my daughter’s head at all and the doctor said they would redo it because “the nurse has been giving kids big heads all day.” They never remeasured. I highly do not recommend this is not how I remember them being."
"The providers here have always been top notch. They quickly address our concerns and are always willing to answer questions during our appointment or via the portal. The front desk staff is not as helpful. We’re lucky if we get so much as eye contact from them when checking in. They also do not help schedule appointments and direct you to a scheduling line. It would be convenient if you could make your next appointment while there in office."
"I am giving this place a three. I’ve been taking my 4 year old here since she was born. Honestly never had any real issues. Fast forward my now three month old has been going here and the first issue I had was a faulty needle used when she got her three months shots. The nurse gave her the shots so quick which is okay but one of the needles was broken and it halfway injected but not all the way so the nurse hurried and used another needle intended for my 4 year old. There was no real empathy or an apology given and my sweet baby girl was just so upset. Then recently I made a last minute appointment because my three month is dealing with extremely bad eczema. Unfortunately life happens when you are trying to get out of the house with a 4 year old and three month old and me and my partner ended up being about 17 mins late. When we called the receptionist said no problem as long as we got there before 5pm which we did. My partner went inside before me with the baby while I parked the car. When I got inside the nurse didn’t even acknowledge me and my partner seemed very quiet. The doctor was nice but she made a comment about giving up on us as I walked in because we were late. Anyways, fast forward my partner explained to me that the nurse was extremely rude to him. She had an attitude (likely because we were late and she was ready to go home). When he asked for a bed pad for the baby to lay so he could undress her to be weighed she kind of tossed him one and was huffing and puffing the entire time which made him feel really uncomfortable and rushed. I leave this review to say this, I do know who the nurse is and could describe what she looks like on here but instead I will pray for people like her. How dare you be rude to someone running a few minutes late to treat their three month old baby? And for you to be in this field helping others and behave like that is disgusting and unacceptable. I am praying about weather I want to take this to corporate or not because I’m extremely disappointed with this type of treatment and it truly makes me question how genuine your establishment is in helping children overall. I will be switching doctors because my daughters deserve more but moving forward I do hope that your staff can be more empathic with your patients. God bless. Update: Casey the office manager gave me a call and made things right. I will no longer be removing my children from here because despite the recent experience I had, I still truly enjoy this place for my children. Moving forward I will be taking them to the Westchester or Harbour Point location closer to my home. Thanks again Casey, you were extremely understanding and very professional."
"It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. I’ve called several times between 8/28 and 8/29 and have been placed on the waiting queue back to back after waiting for almost 15-20mins each time. Each time I tell the scheduling department that I’ve sent over my sons records and I’d like to schedule him, I get placed BACK into the queue. I give them his info and then I have to start all over again. I’m just trying to transfer my son to this practice but I’m going to dodge this place if it’s literally impossible to reach anyone."
