"Our HOA runs a pretty sweet pool. There is a kiddie pool and a regular pool, no deep end really, no diving. There are nice lounge chairs, many new this year. The water is clean and the lifeguards are vigilant. There is a shaded deck with tables if you want to picnic. You can buy memberships up to a limited number per year and some people think we sell too may because it gets busy enough there may not be a lounge chair but most of the time that's not an issue and it is fun to have such an active pool. This is the home of the FAST swim team which is a great activity in the summer for our younger people to be fit and a positive social environment and a pretty competitive swim team too."
