"I stat hear every time i visit Franklin, atleast twice a year. For the price its z great price. Not fancy but a clean bed and hot shower. Breakfast is great. Only complaint need better towels."

"A typical Super 8 experience. Doesn’t seem to be in a bad neighborhood, Nothing fancy, lots of contractors are staying at this place, ideal for people who just need a place to stay overnight. Room is okay, not sparkling clean but acceptable. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast selection is the smallest I have ever seen. Nope there is no milk, no cereal. Just hard boiled eggs, muffins, coffees, orange juice and waffle. That’s it!"

"Although the room was very nice the bed was very comfortable the hotel overall gave kind of shabby. We were told we would get free breakfast and pool and Wi-Fi. Out of those three the only one we got was breakfast. The front door to the lobby looked like it had been broken into and the door frame to our room was quite airee. We had a situation that we could possibly cancel for the night within our 24 hours of Wyndham resorts we were told that did not matter we would still be charged. I guess overall I have mixed reviews regarding the hotel overall."

"If there is an option to put zero I would! This place was absolutely the worst place with the worst experience we EVER had! We drove eight hours, pre booked three nights here. When we went to the room it was NOT cleaned, hair all in the shower, no clean liens, plastic used cups on floor and my kids pulled the covers back there was BLOOD on the bed. I immediately called down stairs and the lady working that evening looked in their housekeeping book and verified that the room hasn’t been clean that day. However they didn’t have anymore rooms available to offer us, or anyone to come clean it that night! She offered a refund, I paid 291. They only offered back 222. She told me I would have to call Priceline to get the rest back. I called Priceline and they claimed Manger Jay of the hotel refused to refund me! I called Jay he then claimed I wasn’t even getting the 222. That the lady that did the refund didn’t know what she was doing he was only giving back 136. He also claimed there was no one other than himself to speak with. I asked repeatedly for the phone number to a corporate office or the person that above him and he continued to claim he was the owner and manger of this hotel! It was they’re fault that we didn’t stay! They’re room was NOT cleaned and they couldn’t offer a replacement room because they had none available. If you could stay somewhere my advice to you is do so! I will NEVER again book with this place or any other Super 8…."
