"This is a very beautiful place, but as soon as we got there, a man living in the parking lot who also worked there started harassing me about my dog. Yes I know my dog can't go in the swimming area there are signs everywhere, no need to follow me and harass me about it. And to top it off they charge for parking. Not sure where the money goes because there was goose poop everywhere and some trash here and there. They're so worried about a small terrier but won't clean anything. The men's room was flooded and didn't want to step in that water in just my sandals yuck. This place needs to improve and stop extorting people who just want to enjoy nature."

"We enjoyed our day on the public beach they have. It was very well maintained and the view of the mountains is awesome! The beach area itself seemed a little small so I don't know if it's ever crowded but we were there on Memorial Day and it wasn't crowded at all."
