"Trent and his crews are unbelievable! Our first bid came from M&M, and then we spent several months acquiring 8 or 9 bids from other competitors. Out of everyone, M&M without a doubt was our top pick, not just because Trent's proposed renderings were landscape/hardscape ART, but because M&M is a one stop shop. Instead of dealing with multiple contractors (who might point fingers and blame one another when issues arise during the course of a big project), M&M managed it ALL in house. They demo'ed our old deck, created a GORGEOUS paver patio, solved our water drainage issues, installed lighting, AND landscaped our entire backyard - including transplanting mature plants from the center of the yard to create a larger play area for our children. All of this was done in 10 work days from start to finish! Furthermore, they work they promised was DELIVERED. We had a lot of anxiety that it would look like the drawings we were shown, but to be honest, the finished product looks even better than the initial proposal! We were flabbergasted! And, at the end of the project, Trent even hired someone to come out and power wash the sides of our house, the new patio, and our entire driveway! All of our neighbors said they had never seen a company do what they did. We are so pleased and know that we will enjoy our back yard for the rest of our lives. We are so grateful and just LOVE M&M!"

"We recently completed a project with M & M Landscaping and are thrilled with the outcome. Trent Morris and his team reconfigured our front door steps and built a retaining wall for a large planting area adjacent to the steps – all in stone. The project also involved removing our old steps and replacing with new concrete before the new stone can be laid. The scope and design we agreed upon was very well executed and with the utmost professionalism by both Trent and his team. Project Cost and timeline was clearly communicated to us and adhered to, with no surprises. This is a testament to the level of expertise and accuracy in measurements which resulted in very little waste of material or delays. When we first spoke to Trent, we already had a vision in mind, but we really needed the input of a professional to help finalize our design. After doing research and speaking to other contractors, we were really impressed with Trent’s ease and willingness to accommodate our request. He talked us through the process, reviewed the design and materials and made appropriate recommendations, which really helped the outcome. In fact, both during and after the project, neighbors and drive-byes would continuously stop to ask for the name of the contractor and compliment on the design. The workmanship is very clean and skillful, with great attention to the details. I’m very particular about finishing work, and they definitely met my standards! In fact, everyone on the team was so professional and a pleasure to work with that our project went quite smooth. Trent made a point to stop by or connect with us daily, but just as important he made sure his team was well guided to complete the work as promised and on-time. We had no issues getting a hold of anyone and if I had a question Trent was very responsive whenever I reached out. "BUYER BEWARE!!! I was very pleased with the initial installation that M&M did for me. The agent I worked with, Katie, was prompt to answer emails and did a good job supervising the installation of several thousand dollars worth of plantings I had done. Unfortunately, the American Boxwoods they planted began to brown and die in the summer months (they were installed in October). Of the 11 total planted, only 2 remained green without browning. The other 9 were various shades of brown and dying by the end of the summer, with 2 of them completely dead. I had reached out to Katie multiple times via email and phone, but found out later she was no longer with the company. The lady in the office I spoke with claims they monitored her email and phone after she left, but that was either a lie or the absolute truth and they just didn't bother to follow up. M&M gave me the runaround for close to 6 months despite me contacting them multiple times per month as a follow up. I still haven't gotten a real answer since they don't have the courtesy to contact me back, but from the reviews here and on the Better Business Bureau website it is pretty clear their MO is to do everything they can to shirk the responsibility of the warranty and avoid any claims. Super shady and unethical company. I would definitely NOT spend my hard earned dollars with them given that they do not back up their product and do not have the courtesy to even tell you such."
