"I wish I can give minos 10 star for this management. I am an existing patient for this facility since 2018. Only reason I am coming here because of excellent service from Dr.Benheim. I can give him 10+ stars. But the facility management is horrible. It was very difficult to catch someone to make a appointment during COVID and now ( I totally understand because COVID excuse). They always tell me they will send appointment reminder notification everytime I checked out because they don't make appointments when we check out. But in my 5 years experience I never received one single call or email about appointment availablity. Everytime I called them to make an appointment, it is very hard to get someone to talk. I had to spend at 45-60 minutes to talk someone schedule my appointment. I even requested multiple times to talk to supervisor or manager,nobody called me back so far about my concern. I had an apportunity talk to the supervisor when I visited there I told them my concern. She told me someone will call me or send email to for next appointment. But nothing has changed. I had a visit 4/27/2022 and paid my co-pay. I never received any bills after that. I had another visit 12/9/2022 and I asked front desk if I owed them anything when I was checking out. They told me there was no balance. I returned this office 5/17/2023 and asked them same questions if I owed any money they said No. But just a week later I received final email notice to pay my fee balance otherwise will send to collection. I was so surprised to see that email. Because I simply asked them a week ago if I had any balance to pay, the answer was No. I called billing department about my bill and they explained to me that I signed up for paperless bill which is I completely not recall it. The person on the phone was very rude and mean. I asked more details about the bill they refused to do so. I have my rights to know about bill details. At end I received calls from collection agency to pay for bills. They should have called me before send to collection agency or told me when I asked them twice in the office. When I called billing department again today about the bill one of the claim wasn't submitted to insurance company at all. I was so furius and requested to talk to supervisor/manager. She kept me on hold for about 45 minutes and said no one available to talk. I am having terrible experience with office. If it is not Dr.Benheim I wouldn't come to this place. Everytime I talk to billing specialist feels like I am begging them for something evern I am bringing the business to them. They should have changed their attitude. Please make sure keep with all receipt just in case if they deleted your payment history."
"I wish I could say better things, but our overall experience was not the best. As soon as we check in the receptionist had given an attitude. She handed our paperwork to confirm correct information (which it was) and proceeded to ask for ID and insurance. When I handed her the insurance cards, she gets annoyed because I had provided her additional insurance and tells me that our chart showed differently. I told her whatever is on our paper is correct and she checks again and says unprofessionally “oh, I’m in the wrong patient’s chart, hah!” I already had issues with making an appointment as they called saying we were just getting a check up. I asked for what and what the procedure was and they said “I don’t know, but you’re supposed to follow up”. Back to the experience, they called us in 45 minutes after our appointment time while we were already there 10 minutes before our allotted time. Then as the nurse (her name is Michelle) calls us in, she has a very unwarming attitude. She takes our child’s vitals; measuring her incorrectly and then swatting my child’s hands and aggressively told her not to touch the wire that’s connected to her. Mind you, she’s 5 months old, does not understand and continues to be not so gentle on our baby. It took her another 20-25 minutes of getting her vitals and we had our baby as calm as can be. Michelle continues to have an attitude the rest of the time she handles our child and that turned our experience into something unpleasant. Their office has been super disorganized, staff not pleasant. Get your act together folks. We expressed our concerns with Dr. Sripriya and she had done an excellent job understanding us and being patient with us and our child. The sonographer Sheree was also very patient and wonderful. Kudos to them."
