"Place is great. Woman who helped me explained a lot and showed me the unit. Much more affordable than other locations and for the same size unit. One downside is the rental insurance that is offered. $15 per month for $5k in coverage. We got more than triple the coverage for almost half the cost through a different provider. Shop around for insurance rates! Area and unit itself is great. Easy to get to and the app to access the place is so easy to use and so much better than typing in a code. Update 7/4/2023. Unfortunately, we need to vacate the unit we have. Received an email that rent is going up pretty high with very little to no justification that I can see. Found a bigger unit for cheaper that was not available a few months ago. So thanks Public Storage for the space, but now vacating."

"Oh my goodness, I just needed to take a few minutes to express my gratitude for the amazing customer service that Kim has shown me over the past year and a half that I have been a customer at this location. She always goes out of her way to keep this place clean and tidy as much as possible and always stops by my unit just to say hello when she sees my car! That makes all the difference in the world to me! I have to say, by far this is the best Public Storage location that I have ever been a customer at and Lord knows.. I've been a customer at a few...throughout a FEW states. LOL! Anywho.. if you are looking for a storage in the area that is fair on their pricing and friendly to all, please store your belongings at this location. Have a blessed day!"

"I recently rented from this location after researching several other facilities. From the moment I walked in to the moment that I vacated my unit (was no longer needed), the ladies who work at this location were AMAZING! They were kind, caring and very professional. The manager (Kim maybe? so sorry I forgot your name!) remembered me each time I came in. The facility itself is clean, safe and the gate hours are the best around. My unit was super clean at move in and I never noticed any bugs or moisture at all. If I am ever in need of another storage unit, I will be back to this location without question. Thank you for taking such good care of me!"
