"Made an appointment for my husband weeks ago for June . Went through the whole registration process and everything.The nice lady I spoke with to make the appointment said check in every so often to see if there is an earlier appointment. Well today I called for him to see if there was a sooner appointment. The very rude lady said he’s not even on the books . Wouldn’t even let me get a word in edgewise . She said two providers left and it was probably an appointment with them . The appointment was initially with an NP . So what my husband would have just showed up to his appointment and for nothing ??? Or waited two months when he could be looking elsewhere. If I hadn’t randomly called we would had never known y’all cancelled the appointment. Terrible business practice . Shame on them ."
