"Horrible experience- staff is is not effective . My father had to go to the practice 5 times as they did not listen to what pharmacy he needed the medicine to be sent. Staff kept giving him the run around and saying they changed the pharmacy and never did. My father who is a military vet wasted over 1 and a half days trying to get them to send the prescription to the right pharmacy. Outrageous!"
"By far the worst Drs office I've ever been to. It took months to get an initial appointment. Then upon going I didn't even see a Dr....I saw a Physicians Assistant who did literally nothing for me but charge me 200$ and then refer me to a place that charges 1000$ a visit. So here I am 1200 less and my medical needs haven't been met at all. Still don't have my RX and my shoulder still hurts. I would strongly recommend throwing you time in the trash and lighting your money on fire before going to this Drs office. You would have more fun watching the money burn. Trust me."
"I am beyond disappointed with the Bayview Physicians group. I scheduled an annual checkup in 2022, and I am still getting bills almost a year later when this should have been covered 100% by my insurance. It turns out that when I scheduled my annual checkup, the provider, Haley Swanson, instructed her staff to file the claim as an “establishing care visit,” and no one explained that to me. They told me to return to go over the labs and I thought that was part of my annual checkup (again, which is 100% covered by insurance). My insurance got two claims from Bayview Physicians/ Haley Swanson, one consultation to establish care - which I was never informed about, and the annual checkup which I requested in the first place. So now I have to deal with extra costs because they omitted information and because of their bad practice. I called and complained several times, and nothing was resolved. This facility is worried about making money and taking advantage of patients. Please do not waste your time, energy, and money. People like these should stay out of business."
"My husband went to Bayview Princess Anne for an annual checkup with his new PCP. He didn’t hear anything for two weeks until an oncologists office called as they received a referral due to abnormal blood results. My husband had no idea he had abnormal blood results or that he was being referred to an oncologist/hematologist. He tried calling the Bayview office on multiple occasions and received different answers: 1)the doctor is supposed to call you, there’s a note in your file to remind her 2)we already gave you a referral, so there’s nothing else we can do. The doctor (Karen Mcgeehan) never called, despite my husband specifically asking for her to call him back to explain the test results. He also requested a call back from a nurse to receive a referral to an oncologist office with closer appointment dates and never received a call back again. When we finally arrived at the oncology office, they did some blood work, received the results same day, and confirmed his blood tests were completely normal. They assumed there was a lab error and wondered why his PCP didn’t order another round of bloodwork to confirm the results (as they were odd given his young age). This office has absolutely no bedside manner, terrible communication, zero follow-up. Shame on the staff, especially the physician, for issuing a referral to an oncologist without even calling the patient. Deserves 0 stars, but I had to give one."
"If I could give no stars I would. When I went for my initial and only visit, did not take my temp which is a standard procedure. When i met with the nurse assistant she asked me if I had my temp taken. Told her no and she still did not take it. My physical consisted of me breathing 5 times and that was it. A month and a half and still do not have my lab results. I have called 3 times and the last one I was told a nurse would call...nope..no call. I was also supposed to have a referral to a podiatrist. Month and a half still no appointment or call for one. I will be looking elsewhere"
