"I know they deal with broken toes day in and day out, but I do not. When I brought my daughter to them with her toe turned in the wrong direction of course I was worried and concerned. I didn’t know if it needed immediate attention or if it would heal turned out if it was not taken care right away. I was a mom with a little girl who was hurt and in pain and they showed no concern for her or that I was worried. They wouldn’t even consider taking a look at it for at least a week. They gave no advice on what to do or any reassurance that it would be ok. I ended up walking out their office with my daughter in tears. I hate to say this, but I googling what to do and I straitened and taped her toe my self. I didn’t know what else to do being they wouldn’t even take a quick look at it even though she has been seen in their office before. When they finally saw her the next week the doctor looked at it, taped it, and said “If I’d seen her the first day I would have straightened it and taped it, so it might just always be a bit crooked from now on.” He then laughed as he said “Some people get so worried and freaked about something like this and make a big deal out of a broken toe.” I’m happy that they are very knowledgeable in this area, but their unprofessional reaction to someone who is worried for their kid because they have never seen a toe twisted the wrong direction was disrespectful and unkind. In the end I payed them to do absolutely nothing but to make fun of me and the situation. A little concern and guidance would have gone a long ways."

"Receptionist at another location was able to set my appointment at this location. New patient paperwork is easy to print and fill out. Arrived on time to an uncrowded waiting room and friendly receptionist. Was called back quickly, nurse was friendly as she checked vitals, verified paperwork and put it in the computer. Only about a 5 minute wait before the Doctor came in. He was very nice, reassuring and to the point. He made sure I was fully aware of everything, the most likely cause to the best approach for healing and that I had no questions or concerns before leaving the room. As far as 1st impressions at a Doctor's office go, this was one of the best I have ever received."
