"Such a long story. However, long story short. After speaking with the office manager, the conclusion is this practice only cares about squeezing in as many patients as they possibly can in a day. It’s only about the money running through it, not at all about the patients. Don’t respond to their prompted survey either…. They don’t really want to know what you think. I said something in it about the lack of disclosure on their policies, next thing you know I’m getting a phone call about canceling my appointment. Also, if you do decide to go here, I’d advise you… Don’t you dare get stuck in traffic…. Or else… 8 short minutes will be the absolute end of your treatment/care with your doctor… I work in Appointment-based customer service. Sometimes life happens… we are all human… Don’t treat your patients like there just a number… I actually care about my clients, and I would never dream of treating them the way that I was treated by this practice… Edit… I am adding to this review and adding a star, only because the office manager called me back, and they agreed to keep my appointment. However, after everything that I’ve been through I don’t know if I want to continue to go here…"
