TPMG Hand, Wrist, and Elbow Surgery

"Initially the place seems great. But after my first visit, the doctor told me to call back in 4 days as a trigger for a second visit and when I did, the front desk said to not callback for another 10 days. Why does the doctors tell us anything if the front desk just does whatever they want? This place is just another place of false displays of concern with front desk leadership and policy setter. Go anywhere else."

"I followed my hand surgeon from a previous health network to TPMG. They take my insurance and glad I found her here. It's hard to find a new doctor and Dr. Triepel is the best hand surgeon I have found. She is very passionate and takes her time to listening and explaining what's going on. I highly recommend her."

"They violate HIPAA laws. I sent a text picture of my medication to the recruiter because she asked me to do so to prove what I take because it is for the (MRO) for review so that I can start my job. She stated the following week that the Medical Review Officer could not accept the information that I sent her. By the way it took 3 weeks for my drug test to come back. It only takes two days for drug test results to come back. I was supposed to start my job on July 25 and I was told I could not start until August 1st. Lab corp which they use for drug testing and TB testing; switched out my blood work for someone else’s and TPMG said I had Latent Tuberculosis; I do not have that. TPMG is unethical, unlawful and has no integrity. If you are a patient I recommend you go to someone else. I ask anyone to ask yourself if they violated me as a potential employee; what are they going to do to you as a patient? I would not trust TPMG. I did not accept employment here. This corporation needs to do better by humans considering the fact they are a medical facility."
