The billing side has no idea what they are doing they didn't collect a copay never sent a bill after each appointment. Waited till 10 appointments then sent a bill. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THE INJECTIONS THEY DON'T WORK. The manager was not professional at all. Should not be in his position."

"I was so hopeful this would help, one knee is bone on bone but had less pain. It's in agony after the gel. Cortisone helped but it always did. Now that they have a therapist I have to make additional payments to get that service. I'm done. This just as expensive as knee surgery with no results. I hope someone one else has better results. I must say I like the staff until I saw the blue haired receptionist talk to a a grown black stroke victim like he was a child. She was so rude and unprofessional I should have quit that day. She could be the most negative part of my experience there. I"
