"Since Lillian has been gone the phones don't get answered as much. I miss Lillian! Jamilla in Labs is nice & Professional. Some of the young women that work there now need to improve their customer service skills it's a doctor's office for goodness sakes."

"No experience is at this location as of yet. I see the same practice at Glenn Mitchell Drive. However, the Providence Road location is just blocks from my house. I experience the same treatment from the staff at Glenn Mitchell Drive. Secretary is never at her desk. The only way I can correspond with the doctor is through my chart. Based on the consistency of bad customer service in the reviews, I will not be visiting this office. Thank you so much for your honest reviews."

"A physician left. I was told I would be set up with a new physician and never heard anything else. I was getting refills from another doctor in the interim and was never told I had to make an appointment with my PA for a new perscription. Communication at this facility is abysmal. The customer service is like flipping a coin."

"I’m fed up with this practice. Their PA’s and staff are very nice and I have been treated very fairly by them, however, my doctor (Dr. Mohan) seems to brush off people that are having problems. I have called several times for an appointment with him and he just brushes people off to his P.A.. It seems all he cares to see are well patients and those that make an appt. months before. Actually, the only time I do see him is for my Medicare yearly checkup and I’ve gotten to the point that I don’t think he cares one way or the other about his sick patients...Thinking seriously of finding a physician that is not Sentara related and one that cares more for all patients, not just for well patients.."

"Having received care from Dr. Law for more than a decade, I am thankful for her staff and for her, as to the time and attention they have shown me. On a recent visit, I observed a personal care member named Sonia speak very patiently with an older gentleman who seemed somewhat frustrated as he tried to work out his appointment. Still, this staff member was as helpful and respectful as one would hope from a compassionate professional."
