"I am 63 years old. I have had 15 past surgeries. Total knee replacement 6 months ago. I am very picky. My son has been a Physician assistant for 15 years. I love everything about the center. Extremely clean excellent staff. Very professional and very, very nice. My Doctors ,Dr.Micheal Campbell is by for the very, very best. Very thorough, very talented, very nice. Best surgery experience i have ever had. He repaired a tear to my Achilles tendon. Every single step from preoperative to postoperative was perfect. Sincerely Karen Claypool"

"I recently received a bill for a surgery I had 14 months ago for which I paid my full deductible at the time of surgery! Now, despite three phone calls, I cannot get anyone to return my calls about why I would receive a bill when my insurance should have covered the rest. My insurance company says the bill was not submitted to them in a timely manner, so they denied (I guess this explains the bill after over a year!)"

"I had surgery on Nov 4 at LOSC. This was my first time at this facility. From the front desk to getting in the car, the service was top notch. Cathy was my preoperative nurse and she answered questions I didn't even know I had. She put my IV in while I was talking with the anesthesiologist and I never felt it. The surgical techs came by to introduce themselves, ready to answer any questions as well. My postoperative nurse was very attentive & polite. If I ever have to have an orthopedic procedure done again, I will request LOSC."

"My mother in law recently had surgery here, and I have to say, what an amazing experience we had! From the moment we walked in until the moment she was in the car after the surgery everyone went above and beyond. The woman at the front desk was very kind, helped her understand the insurance and financial aspect. Even made sure she knew she could call in the future if she had any questions about insurance. Her nurses Elery and Kelly were very nice and made sure she was comfortable. We are so glad that her surgery was here because everyone we came in contact with took this stressful situation and made it a wonderful experience. I will make sure to use her doctor if I need to have surgery so I can come here."
