"Staff were nice but the facility was disgusting. I've never been to a doctor office like this. All of the waiting area seats are black and covered in pet hair. The appliances in the back are dirty and old. The facility needs remodeling and cleaning bad."

"Came in for a Pre-Employment Physical for a new job. Multiple office locations made for ease in finding a facility near me. Hours were extremely flexible. Staff was very professional and respectful. Process was easy and well organized. The paperwork completion was what took the longest. Would recommend this location for your Pre-Employment Physical."

"I have been to this clinic two or three times. The first time you go they charge a little over 140 and then reoccurring visits are about half price. I have not had to go to this clinic for 2 to 3 years and when I returned they said I was not a patient there and was going to have to charge me the full amount for a first time patient even though I have been there two or three times. I called a nearby sentara walk-in clinic and they were able to get me in right away for 60 bucks. This place is a scam in my opinion. Very upsetting that they did not save my info I would have liked to build a relationship with this clinic but not if my info gets deleted every 2-3 years."

"This has to be the worst clinic I've ever been too. My appt was 8am I didnt get called until 955am. Everything went down hill from that point. I took a drug screen 3times, ekg 3 times, pulmonary breather 9 times. I was released at 1230 and recieved a call to come back because they didn't finish. I left out again after 2pm and missed my other srs appt. This is unacceptable"
