"The front desk was nice and very helpful however was not told they charge $150 to meet until I arrived. That isn’t a problem, however the lady I met with who handles business was absolutely rude and it was a terrible experience. I normally don’t write reviews but as she said “I’ll shred your file” on the way out it was the icing on the cake. I told her I was wondering if they could do returns for a few businesses I run and wanted to see prior to meeting have they worked on a TESLA (EV car credit) she reiterated again about the fee. I understand you have to get paid however she needs to work on her customer service skills. Asking if they have worked on something before shouldn’t prompt this type of reaction. I wouldn’t recommend you spend a dime on this. Especially if it is your first time EVER handling a tax issue."
