"Ive filed with liberty tax for YEARS and I’ve never had an issue until last year. My kids dad is military and we move where he moves so we can still co parent . A year ago I did my taxes for Virginia and California and for whatever reason they didn’t know how to do it and when I’d call to ask for an update I’d just get attitude till finally I grew a pair . Now she’s saying that she tried to call a year ago but I never received a call or a voicemail and I called three weeks ago and finally called again to tell me she tried calling . She did not and now can file and says I have to now file all the way in California. In California they were able to file for both Virginia and California and never had an issue . I just wish if they didn’t know how to file taxes for different states that they just told me that instead of waiting a year later and try to point the finger at me . So unprofessional and will no longer be going to this liberty taxes if any at all . Would give it 0 stars if possible"

"I been going to this location , for the pass 3-4 years and today I found out this location was adding forms to make my fees higher please be careful ! Every year this team is nice until you file then it’s hard to get anyone to answer anything the office act like you are bothering them anytime you call and ask a question after you file with them! Also they told me I had to use a net spend card which is not true! Please be careful the owner of this location has multiple locations in the Hampton roads area"

"The location I normally file with is closed. I wanted to stay with Liberty so I look online and call this location. I called to see if I needed an appointment and what I needed to bring. Ms. Pat was extremely rude. And after looking online at the reviews she's rude and unprofessional to others. Not a good look. I will not file my taxes here."

"I was able to take a tax class this year with instructor and liberty partner Ms. Patricia Meadow. She was very knowledgeable, consistent, and hands on. I love that she was flexible in her teaching methods for those of us who may need extra examples or explaining and time to grasp certain concepts and material. I like that she reiterated a lot of the need to0 know concepts. I do wish the course was longer. It was a lot of information to take in but the instructor did well with the timeframe and load of information."
