"Nowcare is a very convenient urgent care facility just like Patient First, specially on weekends and after hours. I went to Indian River Rd. branch to get a cough medicine, but I ended up waiting for flu/covid test for two hours in my car. The receptionist told me to go back to my car and wait, just because I told her that I had a slight fever last night( 100.4). One hour later I called the front desk and told Ms. Robin and she told me that they will call me soon, so I waited another 30 min., then I got a call. But when I swiped to answer the call, it got cut off (2x), so I called the front desk again and told Ms. Robin what happened and she said wait again so I waited another 30 min., (total of 2 hours) but still no luck; so I called and told the receptionist I'm leaving and going to CVS pharmacy to get my test done. I only waited for 10 minutes at the drive-thru and another 5 minutes to do the swab-test and I was done. For covid/flu test, call the nearest CVS pharmacy."

"I went there for a medical. Blood work, physical, drug analysis, vital signs and eye assessment. I arrived around 13;00 and was finished up ninety minutes later. I thought, I would be there forever. It was pretty quick. Everyone, I had contact with was very nice. That goes a long way nowadays. Thank you very much."
