In and Out Express Care

"Went to the office on Diamond Springs Road today. I needed a Covid test. Watched two separate people that came in at least 15 minutes after I did, get seen before me. I let the front desk know of my frustration. They said my chart was up. I asked if they said anything to anyone about it. They said, No. By this time everyone that was in the waiting room before I got there had been waiting on and left. Also, the 2 people that came in after me. I finally got called back. They did the Covid-19 test and told me that it would be 15 minutes for the results. 30 minutes later, they called me back. The doctor told me that they would call in my prescription to the pharmacy. I was there for an hour and a half . Around 3 pm I called the pharmacy to see if they got the prescription . They said, No! So, I called In and Out . They assured me they did call it in. My daughter went to the pharmacy to pick up medicine for my wife. I had her check on my prescription again. The pharmacy said, they didn’t have it. So, I called I and O back. They said they called it in twice and had confirmation numbers. I called the pharmacy again. They called In and Out and got the prescription. The pharmacist told me that the spelling of the prescription was incorrect. I don’t know what else to say. . The incompetence of this office really upset me."

"Absolutely awful experience here. For a place with a name like “In and Out Express Care”, you would think a sense of urgency would be paramount. However it took me almost 3.5 hours to be seen for a simple pre-employment screening. Upon arrival I was greeted by a terribly rude receptionist who spoke to me almost angrily and very condescending. As I waited I observed this behavior was not reserved just for me, as she treated almost every patron the same. When I would ask questions or inquire about how long it would be, she would snap at me and tell me that I could leave if I wanted. Once I was finally seen by the nurse and physician, they were nice, but again, no sense of expediency seemed to exist for anyone. The facility itself was dirty (photos attached) and very hot. I was even made to change my own sanitary covers on the medical equipment. I will never visit this establishment again and highly recommend others avoid it at all costs."

"The embodiment of what's wrong in the united state healthcare, You get better health service from a third world country than this place. They can't even subscribe a antibiotics for a stomach bug not alone listen to your symptoms. The "doctor" was very rude and claim that I was taking too much ibuprofen, which I haven't took in years. Do Not waste your money."

"I went here as a last minute decision. It was close to home & didn't seem busy. I have twin infants and can't sit at a doctor's office all day .... I was in & out in an hour with prescriptions & a work note for an extra day! Then when I had an issue with a prescription I called a couple days later. The doctor I saw wasn't in but the doctor on staff happily helped me & called me back once everything was squared away & even confirmed with the pharmacy I wouldn't have anymore issues. Seriously so helpful. The environment seemed a little sketchy when I first walked in & I was really unsure but I will definitely be going back for my urgent care needs. The staff is so kind & inclusive. I wish I could give more stars!"
