"I've been skeptical on getting PT for a while, but unfortunately I had a shoulder issue that was just getting to a point of unbearable and I couldn't lift anymore. Figured I'd give it a shot since I workout at OneLife anyways, and I'm so glad I did. Nate has been incredible during this process and has helped me tremendously, even with some just simple added exercises and stretches. Also, he mentioned (and I have been getting it done regularly) Dry Needling, and if anyone ever gets the chance to visit Nate and get that done...you won't be sorry. It's been a phenomenal help. "Dr. Hutchinson provided great service pre and post rotator cuff surgery. He helped me prepare for the surgery by strengthening the surrounding area. After surgery he helped me get my mobility back by manipulating the arm during early recovery. Then he worked with me over a period of months to regain strength. "Nate was fantastic working with me for a number of months after a full hip replacement. I’m now 7 months post-op and back to all of my normal activities, to include coaching ice skating and training myself! He was very knowledgeable, helped me understand my surgery and what to expect from recovery and my exercises, offering adjustments as needed, challenging me when I was ready, and providing additional support when my recovery caused other imbalances (opposite leg fatigue, shoulder pain, etc.)."
