"Was referred to Anne last year, it was my first experience with therapy and was so bad it put me off from searching for another counselor for a full year. Maybe it was a few bad days or something in her life- but it felt like a therapy session for her, she would end up talking about her life. Lunch. Her dog. I would talk about my hardships and depression, then she would interrupt and a tell a story of her life that was harder. It was a confusing mix of feeling belittled and judged, with no diagnostic first meet or direction on where any of this would go, my problems constantly felt minimized and I felt crazy for feeling bad about my situation. I was so scared to open up to anyone else for a long time after this, I already felt so lost, took me awhile to muster the courage to try therapy again."

"We had a virtual appointment, and after several attempts to reach provider via phone and email, we had no response at all. They no-showed to our scheduled appointment."

"so far so good I love Mrs. Mary at the front desk she is so welcoming with much love and made me feel very at home. Mrs. Hauer is great I went in for my face to face to meet her after losing my father and she was nice she listened , she repeated things that I said so I know she was listening, she made me laugh we talked about other things in our personal life. She didn't rush my session that I noticed. I was skeptical going in here to talk to her and I am glad I did . I will return because I left very satisfied and happy that I was able to leave and talked to someone. The only downfall I had was I wish it was somewhere we could lay down and relax and talk other then that everything was nice."
