"Dr. Craft is only in the office once a week and getting appointments and refills of medication is a massive headache. In the past year, I have had four separate instances where she has either cancelled my appointment or did not send my refills to the pharmacy and I had to beg the office staff for my medication. No patient should have to do this. The office staff is wonderful and tries to be as helpful as possible but it's Dr. Craft that is the problem."
