Anyway, I'm running around trying to get fires put out for the family and one of those is getting eye glasses cleaner SPRAY. None at the BX, none at the optical shop. But TONYA (I hope I spelled that correctly), this ray of sunshine, told me how the prices doubled bc of a lable change but also how to make my own spray that cleans as well or better than what you purchase and it's what they use to clean in the back when you buy your glasses! CHANGE MY LIFE! also regular window cleaner like Windex will eat all the pretexting coating of your glasses so do not use those! You know she could have let me go on my merry way, saying they didn't have cleaner spray. No big. But TONYA took the time to educate me in a very kind way, and saved me money! It may have been a small thing but it was huge to me! So shout out for this level of customer service! I hope she gets a raise!"
