"This was a last minute decision! And it was definitely the worst decision I've ever made! The owner's were rude as hell! The room was nasty. They accused us of stealing the back to the tv remote! And I reported it missing as soon as we checked in. Then each morning around 7am, they would come knock and call the room to tell us to pay immediately or check out. Even though check out is at 11am. Not 7am. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL! It's disgusting!"

"Me and my dad lost our home in WV to a fire so we moved to Tennessee to start over and we stayed here for about a month it was very clean and very nice people that own it and as we was there they was repainting the rooms the outside of the place and working on every thing that need it they even redone the parking lot as well I give it five stars"

"Clean and cheap . They have done a lot of work and now have direct tv with showtime for free. . Highly recommend if you're needing a room on west end . Has also gotten rid of long-term people so rooms will be cleaned more often"

"Are you kidding me?! I asked to look at the rooms before paying. Reluctantly, the owner complied. The owner turned on the lights and I saw the roaches scatter underneath everything. The smell of mold was overwhelming. I looked at the owner with disgust, and I walked right out the door. I slept in my car until I could find a room the next day. People… always ask to see a room before staying anywhere. Zero stars!"
