"Dr. Carter is the best PCP I have ever had. She listens and works hard to resolve issues and or find proper diagnosis. I love her. The nurses are great as well. Her front desk staff however are rude and unprofessional. I have waited up to 90 minutes on hold trying to speak with someone. When they finally answer they rush me, are short or hang up on me. On my last visit the nurses were having personal conversations and I called the office while sitting in the waiting room. I was on hold for 35 minutes while waiting to be seen. The front desk staff continued to talk and joke amongst themselves. I could hear the phone ringing and they never answered. I gave five stars because I don't want their poor behavior and lack of professionalism to in any way affect the doctor."

"Waiting, waiting, and still waiting in the lobby to be seen. If you thought getting through to make an appointment was bad, try sitting outside waiting to be seen. First time was an hour and this time (and last time) is going over 45 minutes. We had an earlier morning appointment so not to be compounded by later appointments and lunch breaks. We will be finding another doctor!!! Our appointment was with Vivian Mapanao with Bridge Road Family Medicine. Looks to be a part of the Bayview Medical family."

"Office staff in unbelievably rude. They don't communicate changes in meds or respond to messages, then cop an attitude when you finally get a hold of them. They need new office staff that have manners and some empathy. I should not be berated like a child for not picking up meds I didn't even know I had. I'm finding a new doctor."

"I only wish I could give a zero rating but I have to leave one star in order to post. This is the worst practice I have ever had the displeasure to use. They do NOT answer the telephone in a timely manner, if ever. The doctor keeps telling me that they're working on it but it gets worse every time I try to get in touch with them. I called to refill a blood pressure med on a Wed. I was on hold for 22 minutes and then disconnected. I called twice on Thursday and was put on hold both times for over 30 minutes.. I called back on Friday at 4:15 and was put on hold three times before someone answered. I was told that everyone was gone for the day and to call back Monday. I told them that had they answered the call in a timely manner someone would still be there to help me. I asked to leave a message with the doctor on call to refill my prescription but Im still waiting for the prescription to called in. I usually have to drive to the office to make an appointment because it's impossible to reach them during office hours. Needless to say, this is my last call to this practice. The doctors seem ok but the office staff is incompetent and rude. I hope my blood pressure doesn't skyrocket over the weekend and I hope they answer the phone on Monday. I definitely would not use this practice again if my life depended on it and in this current state it could and what does one do if you're not able to drive to their office for care?"
