"Taylor Tax Group has been filing my taxes for years. This is my 5th year in 2021 and I've had nothing but great and trustworthy experiences thus far. I don't know no such thing as a 1 star Taylor Tax Group because it doesn't truly exit. As long as they are open and available they will be doing my taxes and they will continue to be my first referral to my family friends and anyone who asks who does your taxes"

"My initial experience with TTG was through a referral of a friend/coworker. I Had no issues getting my taxes done and got more than i would when i was going through Turbo-Tax, but i had quickly learned it was because i had worked with someone that could get direct contact with the owner; thus making my process simpler, like a direct line. After referring my Fiancee to the same people there was nothing but TROUBLE. Multiple attempts to contact them with no responses AFTER turning in the information and PAYING THEM for the services, She has still not received her taxes AND stimulus checks from almost 3 years because the neglect and lack of attention to her return. They claimed they have submitted to the IRS but the IRS has told us multiple times they have not received it. We then SAT WITH THE OWNER for over an hour, after office hours in person trying to get this man to process the returns so we can move on but even after speaking face to face and getting "Confirmation" that theyve been processed we are still getting the IRS telling us they havent been processed. The owner doesnt seem to know what hes doing and has an issue with getting back to the customers he swears he cares about. Man doesnt even wear a mask around strangers. The business isnt helping the customers and has made multiple claims saying that things have been done when they havent, then disappears when trying to find out what is going on. We just want the returns so we can move on and not have to deal with this frustration and lack of deserving income when we have done everything in our power to make this happen. At this point its Just sad. Please save yourselves time and money and go through turbo tax or something because at least they can process a return. "I went through TTG because I was referred. DO NOT go through them unless you’ve been doing it for years. The IRS didn’t even receive my 2018 taxes from them, keeping be from being able to do my 2019 taxes or getting my stimulus check. Nothing was ever said to be about them not being processed and I got a very small refund of only a couple hundred dollars. SO SHADY, don’t risk it."

With their knowledge on all the rules and regulations, they were able to really maximize my return. Of course everyone's return will be different, but have confidence they will maximize your return. I especially love how they are there to help us navigate through all the terminology and difficult calculations that are included in a tax return, so we aren't completely lost in the process. Don't take my word for it. Do your taxes on your own and before you file them set up an appointment and see if there is a difference. Just like when you file online, you don't have to go with them once the numbers are ran, but they are so good at what they do why wouldn't you? We will be back next year!"
