"Maybe it's a great place not sure. I called to get a virtual appointment if possible. The woman sounded pleasant on the phone and asked who i wanted to book with. I told her it didnt matter, but she stated she would send the list of therapist to my phone so I can choose. Never received a text. If I get a text i will change my review. She may have gotten busy and forgot just know that when people call in they really need the help."

From the lady I spoke to on the phone to schedule, was beyond helpful and I had a question about billing, and that lady in that department was more than accommodating that I've ever seen in a billing department. "As someone that works in administration for mental health I can assure you the first step for a client is the hardest but yet most important. When I sat next to a client and witnessed the way the receptionist spoke to the client I was taken back! The receptionist told her what she was not going to do and her reason was because she’s not. I can assure you that it was well within her job and that is not how you talk to a client coming in for mental health; anxiety, depression, trauma, etc. In the mental health field we are here to help not add to the problem! Get the help that is needed, but not from here."
