"I was there this morning Dec 28th. First time at this location. Was basically told I can’t see jack. My words. I already knew that. I can’t remember any names but this location was very friendly and the dr took her time during my eye exam. Can’t wait to get my glasses. Even though I was told when I walked in that they were short staffed, I was seen in a timely manner. Will definitely make this my permanent location."

"AVOID THIS LOCATION! Made an appointment via telehealth (knew that going into it), showed up on my appointment time for the person at the front desk to let me know there internet has been down and they need to reschedule me. They had plenty of opportunities to call me and let me know this but they waited until I physically showed up to tell me to reschedule. This is the 2nd time we have had a massive issue with communication at this location and we will never be back. Stanton Eye was able to get me in 15 minutes later and I was done 30 minutes after that. Will recommend Staton Eye AND DO NOT RECOMMEND MYEYEDR"

"I went for the first time. Usually go to Hampton but they had no appts. I had a very positive experience. Appt was virtual which was something new. Selection of frames was very good. Service was friendly and welcoming each time. I purchased a warranty I didn't realize until I damaged my glasses. Went back and received a new pair at no charge."

"I've been using myeyedr locations for years. This past July was the 1st time I'm been completely disappointed. I waited an 1hour to be seen. I'm making this comment here in October because I've yet to get my contacts. I'm a 1st time contact wearer and apparently have the worst vision know to man kind and required a custom order or something. Okay, cool beans. However, not once was i given a heads up that there's a possibility that 3 months later I still wouldn't have my order. I was given 'close enough' contacts the day of my appointment and wore them 30 days. I checked on my order and ONE EYE is complete and the other is not. So I was given a 'trial set'. That trial is done for because one of them ripped today. I honestly just want my money back but I'm not even gonna bother because since they're custom order contacts, I know they'll fight me over it. I'm gonna just continue to wait, now at 3 months, and find a more reputable optometrist going forward. This whole experience had ruined contacts as a whole for me which is super sad because when I have them in, I actually love them."

"Rose is excellent, consistent and ALWAYS goes the extra mile to help pick out frames. I've been coming to this location and will continue because of her. The business is clean, friendly and offers a wide variety of frames. The eye exam over the Internet is just as good as in person. I pay extra fee for the back of the eye pictures which are very important for early detection."
