"Excellent experience. The wait time was worth it. Front desk excellent customer service. The MSA who screen me before Dr. Martin super friendly. Dr. Martin very friendly and explain everything in detail, that I did not have no questions. The nurse on the computer, I think she did a nurse she was super friendly too. I am so super express with this office that I thinking about changing my allergy doctor. Nothing against the one I got. I wish I could give more that 5 stars."

"The service at this practice was excellent!! They contacted me via text and email. The new patient forms could be filled out electronically (I hate sitting in the waiting room filling out forms). They also allowed me to do pre-checkin via text. The front desk staff was pleasant but could be a little more personable maybe a smile to show you appreciate them coming to their practice and also introduce themselves. Amelia the medical assistant was awesome and made us feel welcome while taking my additional information. PA Lauren also was very amiable and talked me thru everything she was going to do and why it was going to be done. I would definitely recommend this ENT practice!!"
