"This Neurology Office actually banded me for having a seizure in their Neurology Office!! When I have a seizure, I become very offensive/defensive, and their Neurology Nurse's and Neurologist couldn't handle it, so they banded me. Thanks to Bon Secours, we found this out. Riverside does not care. Go to Bon Secours instead. (Was Office in Gloucester, but still Riverside)."

"It seems as though if whatever potential solution(s) for your issue the doctor thinks will work doesn’t, they give up on you. I have had trouble scheduling follow-up appointments, and now I am being refused refills. Phone communication is disappointing as well. I believe it is time for a new neurologist."

Go elsewhere the whole riverside system makes, from what I have heard, the VA sound like a well oiled machine. Bon Secours is much better.
