"Waited 8 weeks to be seen for my shouder and back. Waste of time! Doctor came in 5 minutes and was gone. Said to continue with Neurologist and told me to follow-up if I needed him. Why? Neurologist said my shoulder needed an orthopedic to look at it. Riverside used to care for their patients. When I a child this orthopedic office put me back together when I was hit by a car. I went here for 18 months for follow-ups. Man, how things have changed. Very disappointing! Went to the car and cried because we live in a world where doctors care more about what type of insurance you have. I'm still in pain and it's only going to get worse as I get older. What do I do for medical help?"
