"They lost my 2 week sleep study packet with sensitive PII information. Their solution? Fill out a new one. They never answer the phone and the pharmacy line is always a 1-3 hour wait."

"It took a lot for me to just stay calm after one of the civilian staff woman, that covered for someone working in the pharmacy kiosk computer, gave me an immediate attitude when I simply asked a question about the process since I used the text-in pharmacy service to get the new prescription that my ship put in for me. It was my first time doing so that's why I had questions about the process. I felt belittled in front of the people waiting for their prescription. When I finally understood all the process, she said some more things while I reached over to the kiosk to remove my credentials (since I initially scanned my ID there) and she just called out and asked in a really rude manner "did you hear me?!" A few minutes later, another uniformed service member picking up his medication after a visit with the doctor asked her questions and the same attitude came out of her mouth. Next thing you know, the corpsman seemingly in charge of that station came back and this woman gave out the sweetest tone in her voice and a huge smile on her face. How nice. I came to pick up my medication here just out of convenience since I'm stationed here anyway and had the time during lunch. I usually pick up my refills in Oceana due to its proximity to my house and some of the best staff out there in the medical field but lately I haven't had the time to get my medication there since they're closed by the time I'm usually off and due to my work load. This was the only clinic that had rude people working and surprisingly, it's civilians that are rude. I'm just wondering how they're not fired yet, especially with some of the complaints I've seen here already."

"Pharmacy always screws things up, wait time is usually 1+ hours, just to find the prescription wasn't filled. Providers regularly prescribe medication not covered by TRICARE. Wait time for sick call is 4+ hours. Wait time for labwork is also 4+ hours"

"I Tried to set up an appointment regarding my severe pollen allergy that could been drowning me and keeping me up at night. And they gave me an appointment on a civilian clinic and the civilian clinic called me back after 3 days stating that I’m not allowed to get the allergy shot if I haven’t been tested of what my allergies are. So basically the whole thing was canceled… PREPARE YOURSELF MENTALLY BEFORE GOING HERE"
