"Terrible customer service. Tried to schedule and appointment and they told me I had to cancel a week in advance. How can I cancel a week in advance if I don’t know my work schedule yet? I couldn’t even cancel 48 hours in advance. I guess I need to know I’m definitely not dying in an accident before this appointment or they’ll be mad I didn’t cancel a week in advance. I was also told that they’d rather save that spot for someone else. Hit or miss with the service. One vet seems to know what they’re doing. The other seems like they just got out of veterinary school. Not going back there again."
