"On February 3, 2024: My children had two sports physicals scheduled for 3:40 & 3:50p. We showed up at 3:30. At 3:45p I was becoming concerned that no one was actually working, so I inquired with the other two customers (in the waiting room) if they had seen anyone working. I was told that there was one person working, but that they had been with the current client (in their office) for over 20 minutes. I asked the other two women in the waiting room what time their appointments were (so I had an idea of how far behind the clinic was operating at). One woman didn't want to tell me, the other woman said her appointment was scheduled for 3:10p. At this point it was 3:50p and I hadn't even been seen or even spoken to about my first appointment at 3:40p! Even now, the only working clinician was still back behind a closed door...and so, with two women still ahead of me, I didn't want to waste more time waiting, so I left & cancelled both appointments. CVS lost $76 x 2 appointments; however, I lost 40 minutes of travel time + the time wasted sitting in the waiting room. This is very poor customer service. I do not recommend this CVS location."
"This place is extremely slow and medical “professionals” should move with some sort of urgency. Not only myself but everyone in the waiting area is frustrated with how long everything is taking. There is a reason this location has 2.4 stars."
"I went in there after having a swollen eye for two days despite multiple attempts to alleviate it. When the nurse looked at me, she could tell I had shingles and told me it was urgent that I go to the emergency room as soon as possible. She then preceded to cancel my visit and not charge me. This action and her professional demeanor are very much appreciated."
"I've waited 2+ days for rapid test covid results that they told me would be done in 20-30 minutes. There is no direct line to the clinic so after 15 minutes on hold someone at the pharmacy said my only options are to come in person again or call their corporate line (that has long hold times). I have never heard of a clinic that you can't actually call or contact in any way."
"Wish I could give them negative stars. I called to ask a simple yes or no question. The option, 5, to speak with the Minute Clinic kept sending me to the Minute Clinic corporate office, which was closed on this Saturday. I called the pharmacy, and explained the situation. They just kept telling me to press number 5. After re-explaining several more times, they told me hey have nothing to do with the clinic. I asked if they could please transfer me, they said no. I said, please just have them come to the phone it is a simple yes or no question, it will take two minutes. They refused, with a very rude tone, and hung up on me. Blown away that this medical staff is so ok with being incompetent, rude, and uncompassionate."
