"Everyone that I encountered was GENUINELY kind. The wait time was decent. The facility was clean - plenty of tissues and 'alcohol hand wash ' stations (I can't think of what they're called, lol), but no paper masks, even though they want you to wear them inside. In any case, this will be by go to for urgent care."

"The front office staff was very helpful and welcoming. However, the doctor didn’t really listen to all my symptoms. Seemed like he just wanted to get me out the door as quickly as he could. He addressed one issue and gave meds for it but didn’t even address the other issue at all. Ended up having to go somewhere else to get proper care that addressed both issues."

The nurses handled us with care and explained the process/procedure. They allowed us to ask questions to ensure we understood how to continue our care at home.
