"Let me start with good message. Dr.McKelvey diagnosed me with COVID. He provided information that was helpful and great personality. All of the staff is great! A few wks later I returned for a cough. Dr. Burke informed me I had "SNOT" drainage. I was taken aback for him to use a child's term for me at my age. I am retired educated woman. The lack of professionalism was appalling. I still recommend the location in spite of his ignorance."

The receptionist was very nice and professional, and I was taken back in a timely manner. The triage nurse was very professional as well. I was nervous seeing a male provider, but he was also incredibly professional, immediately suggested and sought out a female chaperone, and had great bedside manner, despite working in an urgent care (which is usually a revolving door of mostly the same issues all day long).
