"This place has become an absolute JOKE. I enjoy the doctors, but who they hire for front desk is a joke. I have been calling since 8:30 to get an appointment, it's now almost 10, and I've had to hang up and call back 3 times because ive been on hold for over 30 mins. RIDICULOUS. Also, there was an issue with my insurance and when I called my insurance, they said the office could of ABSOLUTELY DONE THEIR JOB AND CORRECTED THE ISSUE RIGHT THEN AND THERE. These people want to get paid to sit there on their phone. They are NOT there to help you or care about your patient."
"Called exactly at 830 and was on hold for 16 minutes. When she answered I said “whew I’ve been on hold for 16 minutes.” She ignored my comment and just said “how can I help you?” She was friendly but no apology and no reason given. Been going 4 years and this didn’t used to happen"
"They don't answer the phone, I sat on hold for 15 minutes before they even answered. When we came in for an appt, one woman at reception was talking on the phone and the other one was just chit chatting. Instead of stopping her conversation check us in real quick, we had to wait for the woman who was actually doing her job to hang up and check us in. The visit was well, the Dr we saw was kind and efficient. But then after we left I found out the medication for my daughter was on back order. The pharmacy said I would need to call the Dr office to have a replacement sent in, so I did. Sat on hold for forever again before they answered and then I was told that I needed to call back the pharmacy to find out what they DO have in stock just to call the Dr back to tell them what they can replace it with?! Why can't they simply call themselves instead of me playing the middle man. This is insane. The customers service here is awful."
"Wish i could leave a better review, because we love our provider. However, I cannot recommend this practice. Being left in a room 45+ minutes to be seen has come to be common practice. And “she’s just behind” and it’s “one of those days”, are the common responses. I went to the front desk to make sure we hadn’t been forgotten about (it was 447, and our appt was 400, and literally didn’t want to be forgotten at the end of the day) and the lady on my left at the front desk couldn’t have cared any less. When I asked if we should start coming 30 minutes late to our appointments because of not being seen for almost an hour, she gave quite a cheeky, sure sir, we will just call ya when we have a room open. The front desk is probably over worked and understaffed. Either that or they are just nasty people. Again, wish I could recommend but I cannot."
"Typically, I don’t leave reviews. And when I do, it’s usually about a place or service that I love. We used to love the service and care here and would recommend them to everyone with no hesitation. Now, my feedback is that I would not recommend the Children’s Clinic to anyone for any reason anymore. There are a number of issues I have with the lack of care and dismissive attitudes of a couple of their providers. They also refuse to answer the phones in any timely manner (20-30 minute wait before anyone even picks up to acknowledge your call.) In speaking with the office manager, she was very clear in acknowledging the “issues” and sidestepping them. If you want your children seen at a practice that’s reliable, and focused on providing the best care, this location is no longer it unfortunately."
