"I like this practice and have been relying on them for years, the staff and nurses are very friendly, despite some of these reviews - it's had some hiccups and I've observed some unruly patients, but none that aren't issues everywhere. Current PA Dr. Hodges, nice, thorough, easy to talk to . I appreciate recent investments made to spruce up the place."

"What a horrible experience... My wife and I went to see Michele Hodges at this practice and I am still livid days later. My experience was just short of combative, including feeling like I was just another number in her list (same mistake multiple times because, in her own words, she was "doing her spiel"). I learned later that Michele made my wife cry and followed it up with telling her she needed medication (there was also a condescending remark about if she was ready to have children). Ma'am, you knew her for 15 minutes and that's your answer? What a deplorable person let alone healthcare provider - especially one who says she was drawn to the profession because of a "kind, healing, knowledgeable, and understanding" APC she once had. We will never go back, end of story."

"This place is so over obsessive it’s ridiculous. Dr. Shih was so rude and had no bed side manor. I was newly diagnosed with diabetes and he was adamant about his diagnoses and was upset when my mother and I chose to find a doctor who specializes in diabetes. He also doesn’t believe in certain medications and therefore won’t refill the scripts. You’re supposed to trust your doctor and believe that they will help you, I wouldn’t pay 2 cents to walk back in this sad, poor place they refer to as a doctors office. This place needs to hire doctors who actually care about the patients not those whose egos dictates their practice"

"I called because my primary doctor retired and it’s been hard finding a new one. They said they took my insurance and the first available new patient appointments were in May. When they asked why I wanted an appointment, I told them that I had been struggling with shortness of breathe for over 6 months and the nurse on the phone recommended I go to the ER. The only reason I called was so I could finally have a primary doctor and discuss my issues with them. They told me that since I didn’t take the nurses advice and go to the ER that they wouldn’t schedule me. I’m not financially well off and on medicaid. I just wanted to schedule an appointment and see a doctor. It’s pretty normal. I guess I just don’t get a primary care doctor."
